A civilian martyred, two others wounded in an explosive device attack in Quneitra countryside

A civilian was martyred and two others, including a child, were wounded in the blast of an explosive device along Jaba-Um Batneh road in Quneitra northern countryside.

Director of Mamdouh Abaza Hospital Wissam Al-Mawardi told SANA on Friday that the hospital’s emergency department received three people, a dead person  and two injured persons who later got necessary treatment, pointing out that their condition is now stable.

SANA reporter said that an explosive device planted on the side of the road linking the villages of Jaba and Um Batneh, exploded when a car carrying a child, his father and another person was passing. The father died immediately and the child and the third person were severely injured.
