A civilian martyred, others injured in blast of an explosive device near a fuel station in Rmeilan area in Hasaka countryside

HASAKA, (ST)-A civilian was martyred and several others were injured in the blast of an explosive device that targeted a fuel tank near a fuel station in al-Rmeilan area in Hasaka northeastern countryside.

The explosive device, placed by unknown persons, blew off in a fuel tank opposite to “Ali Agha” fuel station on the highway that connects between Tal Alou and Al-Yaroubia in Rmeilan area, SANA reporter said citing local sources on Wednesday.

 

The explosion caused the martyrdom of a civilian and injured several others who were passing by the station, the reporter added.

The local sources pointed out that the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia completely cordoned off the explosion site.
