A citizen martyred, scores wounded blast of a landmine left behind by terrorists in Aleppo western countryside

ALEPPO, (ST)- A citizen was martyred and several others were wounded in the blast of a landmine left behind by defeated terrorists in Minyan village, to the west of Aleppo city.

According to SANA reporter, the landmine exploded when a truck carrying workers ran over it in the village of Minyan in the western outskirts of Aleppo city. A civilian was martyred and several others were wounded in the incident.

Before their defeat, the terrorist organizations intended to plant landmines and explosive devices in the areas where they were positioned, mainly in agricultural lands with the aim of harming as many people as possible especially those who have returned to their areas after being liberated.
