Moscow (ST) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov criticized the US’s non-recognition of the mistakes it committed in the Middle East.
Russia Today Website quoted Lavrov as saying in a televised speech that the US does not recognize impartially the mistakes it committed in the Middle East and North Africa, referring in this regard to the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 under former US President George Bush.
The Russian Minister affirmed that there isn’t any state in the world that obtained good things from the US measures based on interference in other states’ internal affairs and changing their regimes, reminding the international community of the developments in Libya.
The US has been working to support the terrorist organizations operating in Syria and Iraq, while Libya has been suffering since NATO aggression from chaos and security instability.
