DAMASCUS, (ST)- The Syrian Healthy Ministry on Friday announced that 60 new Coronavirus cases have been detected, raising the number of infections in Syria to 3476.
15 new COVID-19 cases have recovered and 3 others have died, the ministry said, pointing out that of the 3476 cases, 812 have so far recovered and 150 have died.
The first infection with COVID-19 in Syria was confirmed on March 22 for a person who came from abroad, while the first death was reported on the 29th of the same month.
