Solidarity stand with Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails
The city of Tulkarem in the West Bank witnessed on Tuesday a solidarity stand with Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike and those sick in Israeli jails.
The participants in the stand called on the international community and human rights institutions to pressure the Israeli occupation authorities to stop their grave violations against prisoners and release them immediately.
The Israeli occupation authorities are incarcerating more than 5,000 Palestinian and Arab prisoners for resisting its occupation of their homeland. Many of these prisoners have been in prison for more than 25 years.
