Nasrallah: We affirm our categorical commitment to rejecting the Zionist entity, even if the whole world recognizes it
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, reaffirmed the categorical commitment to rejecting the usurping Zionist entity, even if the whole world recognized it, stressing that the resistance movement would stand by anyone who fights to confront it.
During today’s speech on the tenth of Muharram, Sayyed Nasrallah said the region today has two sites of struggle for right and wrong- the first is occupied Palestine, which has been occupied by Israel since 1948 in addition to the Golan Heights, the Shebaa farms and the Kfarshouba hills. The occupations actions are clearly null and void. The Palestinian people have bthe right to to control the whole Palestine from the Mediterranean sea to the Jordan river, and the Syrian people have the right to the Golan and the Lebanese people in retaking their lands.
Sayyed Nasrallah indicated that there some parties who want to impose occupation by force, killing, starvation and economic blockade. While in the face of this falsehood,there are parties who commit to the truth and fight for it- they are the countries, people and resistance movements who resist this occupation, stressing the categorical commitment to reject this entity even if the whole world acknowledges it and to remain beside everyone who fights to face it.
Sayyed Nasrallah noted that the second location of struggle is the region as a whole, which is also experiencing a struggle between the right represented by the peoples and governments that want to be decision makers and to control their wealth, oil and water, and the falsehood represented by the American administration that wants to control and loot oil and gas and steal money.
Sayyed Nasrallah clarified that there are numerous types of the American aggression against the region, including the American subjugation policies towards Palestine, the war on Yemen 6 years ago, the siege, the so-called Caesar Act imposed on Syria, the US occupation of Syrian lands, the direct plundering of oil fields, the attempts to impose hegemony on Iraq and the plunder of its wealth and the imposed sanctions on Iran.
Sayyed Nasrallah pointed out that the axis of resistance represents truth in the face of falsehood represented by American hegemony, and that victory in this struggle will be achieved.
On the occasion of the anniversary of the second liberation in Bekaa, Sayyed Nasrallah saluted the martyrs and their families, the fighters in the resistance, the Lebanese army officers and soldiers, and the Syrian army who had shed blood to be liberated from terrorism. He warned that there are attempts to re-activate the sleeper cells of the terrorist organization “ISIS” in Syria and Iraq, sayingthat “the Syrian army and its allies are fighting these groups and defending the security of Syria and Lebanon.”
Regarding the formation of the Lebanese government, Sayyed Nasrallah expressed his hope that the parliamentary blocs would be able to nominate a candidate who enjoys the required constitutional acceptance to be assigned to form the new government, pointing out that Lebanon needs a government capable of upgrading the economic and living situation, reconstruction and carrying out reforms.
Nasrallah called for the adoption of clear mechanisms to clarify the demands of the Lebanese people to obstruct the attempts of the parties who impose demands and call them popular.
Concerning the explosion of Beirut port, Nasrallah stressed the need to follow up the investigations without any political calculations, asking that the results of the technical investigations be proclaimed to all to resolve any fabrications. Nasrallah indicated that the judicial authorities should follow up on the issue of media slander in the port explosion and hold those responsible accountable.
