Jordanian women delegation express their solidarity with Syrian people

AMMAN, (ST)_A Jordanian Women delegation composed of lawyers, journalists and intellectuals have visited the Syrian embassy in Amman to express the solidarity of women in Jordan with the people of Syria in confronting the unilateral and coercive measures being imposed on Syria.
 
Spokeswoman of the delegation Nezha Shoman , who is a member of al-Shoneh municipality in Irbid city, said that the goal of the visit to the Syrian embassy is to stress that Jordanian women stand by the Syrian women , who have bravely defended their homeland.  
 
“We are sure that Syria will achieve victory over terrorism and it will return to its leading role at Arab and international levels,” she added, affirming that Jordanian women reject the so-called the “Caesar Act” and the western unjust economic measures being adopted against Syria and its people.
 
 Shoman, in addition, denounced the Turkish attack on Syrian territories, describing the Turkish regime’s cutting the water supply  off  Hasaka residents as a crime against humanity.
