The Israeli occupation fires flare bombs over the occupied Palestinian territories in front of southern Lebanon

On August 25, the Israeli occupation forces launched flare bombs over the occupied Palestinian territories in the area opposite the towns of Hula and Meiss al-Jabal in southern Lebanon, in conjunction with hearing the sound of an explosion near the border with occupied Palestine.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Israeli enemy forces carried out a wide sweep of automatic weapons on the borders, pointing out that the firing of flare bombs in the airspace of the area opposite the towns of Hula and Meiss al-Jabal was also accompanied by an intense flight of enemy drones over the separation fence.

The Lebanese Al-Manar TV Channel correspondent reported that the Israeli enemy fired 155mm light shells in the airspace of the area opposite the towns of Hula and Mays al-Jabal in southern Lebanon, causing a fire at the border town of Mays al-Jabal, and the occupation forces also fired light bombs in the airspace of the al-Manara settlement.

Al-Manar TV said that the Israeli occupation bombed the Lebanese lands in the area between the towns of Hula and Meiss Al-Jabal with more than 20 incendiary phosphorus shells and threw light shells again into the atmosphere of the Al-Manara settlement.

The events that took place on the Lebanese border with occupied Palestine coincided with the presence of the prime minister of the Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu in northern occupied Palestine.

Media sources said that the occupation authorities demanded that settlers in several settlements on the border with Lebanon stay in their homes.

In the same context, the Israeli enemy aircraft renewed its violation of the Lebanese airspace.

The Lebanese Army Command stated that two Israeli warplanes violated the Lebanese airspace over the southern town of Rmeish and carried sorties over the southern regions, Hasbaya, Arqoub and western Bekaa before returning south towards the occupied territories.
