Egyptian politician: US and Turkish occupations commit crimes against the Syrian state

CAIRO, (ST)- The Egyptian intellectual from the Nasserite Party  Farouq El-Eshri has condemned the American and Turkish occupation forces’ crimes and acts of stealing Syrian oil and crops, stressing the need to confront these criminal acts.

In a statement to SANA correspondent in Cairo, el-Eshri said that the American and Turkish occupation forces are committing crimes against the Syrian state, including violations of the Syrian sovereignty and theft against Syrian natural and agricultural resources. He stressed that the aspirations to control and steal Syria’s wealth are part of the scheme that Syria has been exposed to for years.

El-Eshri added that “the presence of foreign forces inside the Syrian territories without the permission of the Syrian government is a clear occupation that should be resisted and fought against by all means”. He indicated that the occupation forces have enhanced their illegal presence in Syria  after the failure of mercenary terrorist groups in achieving the Zionist-American goals.

The Nasserite leader stressed that the Syrian Arab Army, which defeated the foreign-backed terrorist organizations and mercenaries, is able to defeat the American and Turkish forces, noting that Syria has confronted the  American schemes to protect Arab dignity.
