Berri: Leanon’s abandonment of resistance means its abandonment of its sovereignity

On the 14th  anniversary of the Divine victory achieved by Resistance fighters following a 33-day Israeli war on Lebanon in 2006, the Lebanese Parliament’s Speaker Nabih Berri has  reiterated Lebanon’s adherence to liberate every inch in the country from the Israeli occupation forces. 

 

The Speaker made it clear that his country faces finanicial and economic crises, the catastrophe of Beirut port’s blast and covert sanctions because of internal matters and Lebanon’s adherence to the Palestinian cause. 

 

Berri affirmed that Leanon’s abandonment of resistance means its abandonment of its sovereignity.
