Syria participates in the World Biology Olympiad being organized by Japan

Students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad alongside students from 94 countries have participated in the World Biology Olympiad, organized by Japan on Tuesday and Wednesday.
 
The first day included 5-hour tests in the animal physiology and bioinformatics where the participants abided by the technical measures adopted by Japan, including Live video filming of students taking exams at the headquarters of universities of Aleppo and Damascus.
 
The students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad won two bronze medals and a certificate of Appreciation in the World Chemistry Olympiad organized by Turkey last July  with the participation of students from 80 countries.
