On August 3, the people of Theban village, eastern Deir Al-Zour, demonstrated against the US-backed SDF militia’s crimes and practices.
The demonstrators denounced the practices of the US-backed militia (QASAD) militia and its crimes against the people and closed the main roads with burning tires before the (SDF) militia which brought in more enforcement to confront the protesters.
The countryside of Deir Al-Zour is witnessing renewed demonstrations by the residents who protest against the SDF militia’s attacks and arrest of people.
