Iran: The Americans work to spread chaos in the region

Tehran (ST): Assistant Iranian Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Mohsen Baharond called on all world states not to be misled by the US and its provocation concerning the extension of the weapons ban on Iran.

Fars News Agency quoted Baharond as saying that the main objective of the Americans is to undermine the nuclear deal and instigate new chaos in the region warning that the inevitable outcome of the US irresponsible behavior would be a huge loss for all states of the region.

He added that the Americans know well that Iran will never constitute a threat to the states of the region.

Reference should be made to the fact that the US envoy in charge of the Iranian affairs visited a number of states in the Middle East within the framework of the US provocation campaign to extend arms embargo against Iran.
