Syrian clans and tribes call on al-Jazera’s people to resist U.S. and Turkish occupation forces

HASAKA, (ST)_ The Syrian clans and tribes and the Forum of One Syria Gathering in Qameshli city have reiterated their support for the Syrian army in fighting terrorism and US and Turkish occupation forces.

According to the Syrian News Agency (SANA), the dignitaries of the clans, tribes and the Forum said in a statement released today that they stand by the Syrian army and leadership and they reject all forms of siege being imposed by the U.S. on the Syrian people.

“This siege will not  deflect us from our compass related to our adherence to national principles and Syria’s sovereignty,” the statement added, calling on the Syrian al-Jazera’s people to resist the U.S. and Turkish occupation forces.

The statement warned the ‘Syrian Democratic Forces’ militia against implementing the goals of the U.S. plot  and hindering political and rebuilding processes.

It affirmed that the US-Turkish alliance targets all the people of Syria and plunders the country’s strategic wealth.

The statement highly appreciated Russia’s positive efforts to back  the establishment of stability and security in the region.
