Protestors in Abu Hamam village in Deir Ezzor demand expelling US-backed SDF militia

DEIR EZZOR, (ST)-  Citizens in Abu Hamam village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor took to the streets on Wednesday to protest against the aggressive practices of the US-backed militia called Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

According to local sources, the protesters demanded expelling the US-backed SDF militia from the village in order to put an end to their provocative and aggressive acts which include confiscating the locals’ properties and stealing and smuggling Syrian oil.

 SDF militia has established positions and ammunition caches on the lands and properties of civilians in Deir Ezzor. Yesterday an explosion that took place at one of their posts in al-Busaira city in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside destroyed large parts of the position and caused material damage to the neighboring buildings.
