Iraqi forces destroy three terrorist dens in Anbar Governorate

The Iraqi Security Media Cell announced the destruction of three terrorist dens and the dismantling of a car bomb in Wadi Houran in Anbar Governorate, western Iraq.

“The force of the 27th  Infantry Brigade of the 7th  Infantry Division carried out a proactive security operation in Houran Valley that resulted in the destruction of three terrorist dens and the dismantling of a car bomb in addition to seizing a large amount of weapons and ammunition,” the Iraqi News Agency quoted the cell as saying in a statement on Sunday, adding that the cell dealt with the seized materials.

The Iraqi security forces announced earlier today the arrest of a terrorist from ISIS in Anbar Province.
