Russia Sends New Batch of Humanitarian Aid to Syrian People

DAMASCUS, (ST)- The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry sent on Tuesday a new batch of humanitarian aid to the Syrian people.

“The two planes carrying 20 tons of humanitarian aid have left Moscow towards Lattakia”, Russia Today website quoted a speaker at the Ministry as saying.

Russia has recently sent a number of planes to Jordan and Lebanon with humanitarian assistance  onboard to meet the requirements of the displaced Syrians in the two countries who were forced to leave home due to the criminal acts of the armed terrorist groups.
