Jabbarov: Russia will continue to support Syria in humanitarian aspects and militarily … the US sanctions are useless

Moscow,(ST)-Vladimir Jabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Relations of the Council of the Russian Federation, confirmed that Russia will continue to support Syria despite the so-called American Caesar Act, expressing his conviction that the US sanctions are “futile and useless” and will achieve nothing.
In a statement to Interfax, Jabbarov stressed that the US sanctions policy is wrong and does not have any results and negatively affects the relations between the United States and its allies.
Jabbarov reaffirmed that Russia will continue to support Syria in the humanitarian and military fields and in combating terrorism, noting that the United States is not the UN Security Council whose sanctions are mandatory to be implemented by all countries, noting that what the Americans are doing is futile and useless and they will not achieve anything from it .
