Tehran,(ST)-Iranian Interior Minister Abdul-Reza Rahmani Fadli confirmed that the administration of US President Donald Trump has failed to meet international obligations and Security Council resolutions and therefore cannot hold talks with them in the current situation.
“It has become clear to all countries today that the current American president is not trusted only with regard to the nuclear agreement but also with most international obligations,” Rahmani Fadli said in a speech. “If America does not abandon its arrogance and does not recognize the independence of Iran’s decision, we will not be able to have dialogue with it. ”
Rahmani Fadli pointed out that Trump showed that he does not abide by any of the commitments of international organizations and faced problems not only with Iran but with other countries in the world as well, including China and Russia, until he made problems in his country, stressing that the existing problem is with the US administration and not with the American people.
