Protests in several Hasaka countryside villages against the crimes of US and Turkish occupations and their affiliated mercenaries

HASAKA, (ST)- People in several villages of Hasaka countryside took to the streets on Monday to protest against the aggressive acts of the Turkish and US occupation forces  and their affiliated terrorist mercenaries.

In al-Shaikh Othman village in al-Shaddadi area of Hasaka southern countryside, citizens protested against the crimes and the inhuman practices of the US-backed militia called Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), demanding that they leave the village.

Local sources told SANA reporter that  the protestors closed the main roads by tires and stones.

Two days ago, locals in al-Sheyoukh village of the city of Ain al-Arab in the eastern countryside of Aleppo organized a protest in the city of Manbej demanding an end to the acts of looting and vandalism of the US-backed SDF militia against them and against their properties and resources.

 Meanwhile, locals in Jamalo and Mreikeez villages in Ras al-Ayn area in Hasaka northern countryside also organized a protest against the practices of the Turkish occupation forces and their terrorist mercenaries who set fire to agriculture crops after the citizens’ had refused to pay them levies. The protestors intercepted Turkish occupation vehicles, threw stones at them and closed the main roads in the two villages.

The sources pointed out that the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries opened fire to disperse the protesters, raided locals’ houses and kidnapped a number of people.

Yesterday, the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation set fire to wheat and barley fields in the vicinity of al-Mishrafa and Oum al-Kheir villages, to the east of Ras al-Ayn city, and in Tal al-Ward and al-Rbei’at villages in the countryside of Abu Rasin town.
