Israeli occupation detains 14 Palestinians in West Bank, violates Lebanese regional water and airspace

OCCUPIED TERRITORIES, (ST)- The Israeli occupation forces on Thursday detained fourteen Palestinians in different parts of the West Bank.

Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces stormed al-Zaheriya village in al-Khalil, the town of Beit Fajjar in Bethlehem, the town of Azoun in Qalqilya and al-Am’ari Camp in al-Bira. They attacked the houses, ransacked them and arrested fourteen Palestinians.

Yesterday, the occupation forces detained eight Palestinians in different West Bank areas.

In another development, a Palestinian was injured in an attack by Israeli settlers who stormed Beit Foreek town to the east of the West Bank City of Nablus and beat a Palestinian.

Israeli enemy violates Lebanese airspace, regional water

In a return to Israeli aggression – in Beirut, Israeli enemy warplanes and gunboats again violated the Lebanese airspace and regional water.

Four Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace from over Alma al-Sh’eb town and conducted circular flights over areas in south Lebanon, al-Shouf, Beirut and its vicinity, Ba’abda, Aley and several other areas, a statement by the Lebanese Army Command said on Thursday.

The statement added that an Israeli gunboat violated the Lebanese regional water off Ras al-Naqoura area, noting that the violation issue is being followed up in coordination with the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
