Beirut, (ST) – Israeli warplanes and its warships renewed their violation of Lebanese airspace and territorial waters
The Lebanese Army Command said in a statement “nine hostile Israeli reconnaissance warplanes violated Lebanese airspace from the west of the town of Naqura and carried out circular flights over different Lebanese regions, including the south, Beirut, and its suburbs before they left towards the occupied Palestinian territories”.
The statement indicated that an Israeli warship had violated Lebanese territorial waters in exchange for Ras Al-Naqurah, pointing out that follow-up to the issue of the breach was carried out in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon.
On June 3, the Israeli enemy air force violated Lebanese airspace as part of its continuous air and sea violations of Lebanese sovereignty.
