Two Syrian students to represent Syria in JCP in Japan

Two Syrian University students will take part in the competition of the Junior Chamber International (JCP) to be held in Japan after they have won the competition held in Lattakia for the top 10 Youths for the year 2020.

The first student ,Mohammad Araj, who is studying Mechatronic Engineering at Tishreen University, has participated in developing some projects in cooperation with the Syrian Computer Society to help Persons with Disabilities to move from one place to another and to serve themselves.

 

He is a member of the SCS’s Robotics Club and he asserted that the society plays a positive and active role  in ensuring all forms of support despite the difficult circumstances the country is going through.

The second student is George Mrash, a graduate of Damascus University and, who has got a masters degree in World Health and social justice from King’s college in London.

Chairperson of the SCS’s Lattakia branch Eng. Mariam Fayoud said that the technical innovations of the Syrian youths meet the needs of local society amid the time of war.
