Grospič terms the western measures against Syria during the outbreak of Covid-19 as inhumane

PRAGUE, (ST)_ The Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia in Czech Republic has reiterated its rejections of the international conspiracy, the imperialist attack and the unilateral sanctions on Syria.  

Stanislav Grospič, the party’s deputy chairman and the head of the Czech friendship parliamentary group with Syria, has called for putting an end to the sanctions being imposed on Syria and to the economic war and pressures being practiced against Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and other states.

“The continuity of such coercive measures amid the outbreak of the coronavirus crisis is undoubtedly inhumane and must be lifted immediately,” Grospič told the correspondent of the Syrian News Agency in Prague.
