Moscow expresses anxiety over the wide-spread of the Corona virus among American soldiers in Syria

Moscow (ST):  Russia has expressed concern over the wide spread of Corona virus among US soldiers in Syria, holding Washington responsible for the safety of the inhabitants in the areas which are under the US occupation.

Spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said in a press conference through video that there are reports about the growing spread of Corona-virus among the American soldiers in Syria, but the US officials haven’t broadcasted this, this makes Washington fully responsible for the safety of the civilians  living in the areas under US occupation.  She affirmed  that the US military presence in Syria is illegitimate, describing it as an occupation.

The US occupation forces have brought thousands of lorries loaded with weapons and logistic equipment into Hasaka over the past few months to re-inforce its occupation and support the terrorist organizations stationed there ignoring the UN charter and the international law.
