Residents intercept US occupation military convoy in Qamishli countryside

HASAKA, (ST) – Residents of several villages in the southern Qamishli countryside, with the support of the Syrian Arab Army, intercepted a US military convoy and forced it to return from where it came 

The locals’ move affirms their rejection of the presence of the US occupation forces in Syrian territories
Civil sources told SANA that the locals of Um al-Ghadir and Thamnih Rahya, located to the south of Tal Hamis area in Qamishli countryside, intercepted US occupation’s vehicles, throwing stones at them and holding slogans against their presence on the Syrian lands.

The residents of a number of villages in Qamishli countryside confronted, on the 18th of this month, four vehicles of the American occupation forces coming from the side of the village of Abu Qasayeb in the area of Tel Hamis and forced them to return back.
