Iranian Revolutionary Guard: The departure of Americans from Southwest Asia is the only way to enhance security in the region

 On April 19, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard confirmed that it would respond decisively to any mistake by the American fleet in the Gulf waters, following the recent American provocations.

In a statement, the Revolutionary Guards called on Americans to adhere to international rules and maritime protocols in the Gulf and the Sea of Oman and to refrain from any intrusions based on falsity.

The Revolutionary Guards said that in recent weeks, the unprofessional behavior of the US Navy in the Gulf has been repeated, putting security and calm in this region at risk.

On April 6, an American ship provoked a ship belonging to the Revolutionary Guard, and other provocative incidents that took place in the same month.

 

The Revolutionary Guards described the allegations of the American side regarding the incident that occurred on the fifteenth of this month as misleading and fraudulent. 

The Revolutionary Guards pointed out that the Iranian navy and its armed forces consider the dangerous behavior of foreign forces in the region a threat to their national security and a red line.

The Revolutionary Guards said that the illegal presence of the United States in The Gulf is the source of insecurity and instability in it, and the departure of Americans from Southwest Asia is the only way to enhance sustainable security in that strategic region.
