“Draw Corona” initiative tells stories about the disease

“Draw Corona” initiative of Homs Directorate of Culture Website gave children the space to draw their paintings that tell stories about how to avoid catching Corona.

The initiative was organized by the Life Skills and Volunteer Youth Team at the Directorate of Culture for Children and allowed the participants to draw using all colored materials.  The paintings of the participants will be evaluated by a specialized committee then will be shown in an exhibition after the domestic isolation period of Coronavirus end.

Saba Wassouf, the life skills team official, told SANA that the initiative aims at educating children about the risks of the Coronavirus and the ways to prevent infection through children’s paintings, pointing out that the initiative motivated many of them to participate in many paintings.
