Two cases transferred to Al-Mujtahid Hospital and their cases are being investigated

Damascus, (ST) – The Ministry of Health announced today that the ambulance and emergency system teams transferred two cases to the Damascus Hospital (Al-Mujtahid) from  Zahira area. The first case is was  a man who died as a result of a heart attack and the second of a beggar woman who had a cough complaint.

The Ministry said in a statement  that the man who died was accompanied by his wife and son who confirmed that he had a heart problem and  suffered from high blood pressure and was subject to a heart attack and they requested an ambulance, indicating that a smear would be taken of the deceased to deny or prove if he had  been infected with the Coronavirus.

The Ministry added that the second case was of a beggar woman who has been hospitalized in Damascus, and was in good health, but she suffers from coughing .Medical investigations will be carried out to diagnose her condition.
