Turkish-backed terrorist groups deprive 600.000 residents in Hasaka of water again

HASAKA, (ST)_The Turkish regime and its  mercenaries have cut off the water supply to Hasaka city,  Tal Tamer city and the nearby residential areas, according to the Syrian News Agency (SANA).

The agency made it clear that the Turkish-backed terrorist groups stopped pumping drinking water from Alouk station into the residential areas in Hasaka and Tal Tamer cities, depriving more than 600.000 residents of water.

At the beginning of this month, the Turkish-backed terrorist groups had cut off water supply to the same cities for more than 10 days.

Alouk station is located near the Syrian-Turkish border and it is the main water resource for providing Hasaka city and nearby areas with drinking water.

Repeatedly, the Turkish-backed terrorists, who establish control over the station of Alouk, deprive more than 600.000 residents of drinking water.

It is a humanitarian crime against the residents.
