Baghdad,(ST)- Six people were injured as a result of a terrorist bombing that targeted a popular market in Tuz Khurmato district, Salahuddin Governorate, central Iraq.

Sumariah news site quoted an Iraqi security source as saying that “a booby-trapped motorcycle was located in the head of the big market near shops selling vegetables in the district of Tuz Khurmato, which exploded this morning, injuring six people.”

The source added that a security force cordoned off the scene while the injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

 

Three members of the Iraqi popular crowd were killed the day before yesterday in the Samarra operations sector in Salah Al-Din Governorate due to being targeted by terrorists.
