PRAGUE, (ST)- Head of the Czech Parliamentary Group for Friendship with Syria Stanislav Grospic has renewed his call for lifting the unilateral coercive economic measures imposed on the Syrian people and urged cooperation to eliminate the remnants of terrorist organizations in Syria.
Grospic told SANA reporter in Prague that Syria is being exposed to another war represented by the unfair economic measures that aim at hampering the process of liberating the remaining terrorist hotbeds in the country and at causing damage to Syria’s national economy.
He called for supporting Syria’s reconstruction efforts, pointing out that all countries should be grateful to the Syrian people for fighting terrorism on behalf of the world.
