For the 10th day running, Turkish occupation forces cut water supply to Hasaka city

HASAKA, (ST)_ the Turkish regime and its terrorist mercenaries continue to cut water supply to 700.000 Syrian citizens in al-Hasaka city for the 10th day running.

The Turkish occupation forces and their terrorist mercenaries prevent workers from entering the Alouk water station  to operate it, the Director of the Water institution in al-Hasaka Governorate, Mahmoud Al-Okleh said.

“The Institution is cooperating with international organizations to get drinking water from Tal Brak and Nfasha wells in order to trnsfer it to Hasaka city,” al-Okleh added.

He affirmed that this temporary solution is not sufficient and the water shortage problem will increase..
