Re-opening the Libyan Embassy in Damascus marks the return of diplomatic representation between the two brotherly countries

The Libyan embassy in Damascus was reopened today, marking the return of diplomatic representation between the two brotherly countries, Syria and Libya.

A memorandum of understanding was signed on Sunday between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and the Libyan Ministry of Foreign and International Cooperation regarding the reopening of the diplomatic and consular missions headquarters as well as coordination of the two countries’ stances in international and regional forums.
