Former Slovak PM supports Syria’s right to defend its sovereignty, territorial integrity

BRATISLAVA, (ST)- Former Slovak Prime Minister Jan Carnogursky has reaffirmed his support for Syria’s right to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity, stressing that Syria will inevitably triumph over foreign occupation forces.

In a statement to SANA in Prague on Saturday, Carnogursky  asserted the need to liberate Idleb from terrorists, reiterating that Syria’s friends will continue to back it in the face of the occupying foreign forces.

On Friday, the Slovak Communist Party condemned the shameless role that has been played by the Turkish regime in supporting terrorism in Syria, pointing out that the Turkish aggressive behavior came to revenge the victories of the Syrian Arab army on terrorist organizations.
