Engineer Mohammed Al-Masry, the airport manager, explained in a statement to a SANA correspondent that the reopening of the airport in front of air traffic is one of the results of the victory achieved by the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army on terrorism and of the restoration of safety to the city of Aleppo.

Al-Masry pointed out that the airport’s work joints and technical equipment were maintained and the runways were rehabilitated to be ready to receive planes and passengers, noting the efforts of all workers and technicians who worked hard to accelerate putting the airport into service.
