Grospic: The Syrian army’s victories in Aleppo represent a fundamental point in liberating Syria from terrorism

On February 18, the Head of the Czech Parliamentary Group for Friendship with Syria Dr. Stanislav Grospic said that the victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army in the provinces of Aleppo and Idlib are the way to end the war and restore peace and stability to Syria and the region.

He stressed that these victories represent a fundamental point in the successful continuation of the liberation of Syria from the last hotbeds of terrorism.

Grospic called for intensifying international efforts to help the Syrian people and join the process of rebuilding Syria. 

He underlined the need to end unilateral criminal coercive measures imposed on the Syrian people by the European Union and the United States.

Grospic said that defeating terrorism in Idlib is an important matter not only for Syria but also for the Middle East and region, including Europe.
