The new Lebanese government approves its ministerial statement

Beirut,(ST)-Lebanese Minister of Information Manal Abdel Samad announced that the government unanimously approved today the ministerial statement on its work plan, with some amendments being made to it as a result of specialists ’observations.

The Lebanese National News Agency quoted Abd al-Samad as saying at the end of a cabinet meeting in Baabda Palace that it was agreed on all the items and specifically” the clause that emphasizes the trilogy   of the army, the people and the resistance”, stressing that “the main confidence we want is the trust of the people .. and the parliament is elected by This people. ”

 

Abdel Samad indicated that President General Michel Aoun called  on the government, after it had gained confidence, to work immediately to make up for the lost time.
