Deal of the Century contradicts with UN resolutions, says Czech Foreign Minister

Prague, (ST) – Czech Foreign Minister Tomash Petritschik stressed that the so-called “Deal of the Century” recently announced by US President Donald Trump contradicts United Nations resolutions.

Petritschik said in an interview with the Czech TV “Prima” that his country fully supports the consensus in the European Union, which insists on respecting international law and a two-state solution (Palestine-Israel) , stressing that the future of al-Quds (Jerusalem) cannot be resolved through what was stated in Trump’s plan.

Meanwhile, former Czech Prime Minister Jerzy Paroubek stressed that Trump’s plan is a “ploy and an internal political game” that he is practicing to win the votes of the Zionist lobby in the United States before the US presidential elections scheduled this year.
