The Saudi regime has prevented Iran from participating in a meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in the city of Jeddah to discuss the announcement of US President Donald Trump about the so-called ‘Deal of the Century’.
“The Saudi government prevented an Iranian delegation from participating in the meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to discuss the deal of the century in Jeddah, thereby violating the organization’s obligations,” theSpokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Abbas Mousavisaid in a statement on February 2.
Moussaoui said that the Saudi regime prevented the granting of entry visas to the Iranian delegation headed by Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister Hussein Jabri Ansari to participate in the meeting.
Moussaoui said: “The Saudi behavior reflects its exploitation to host this international organization for its own interests and political ambitions.”
