The army continues its advance towards Maarat al-Numan and eradicates terrorists from villages
On January 26, units of the Syrian Arab Army seized the villages of Maar Shorin, Al-Zalanah, Al-Ghadfa and Al-Dana in the southern countryside of Idlib.
The army is approaching the international road, Aleppo- Hama, north of the city of Maarat al-Numan.
On January 25, the units of the army regained the villages of Al-Ghadfa and Ma’arshamsha.
During the past two days, units of the army eradicated the last hotbeds of terrorism from the towns and villages of Maar Shamareen, Taqana, Talmans, Maar Shamshah, Al-Samaka, Tahr, and Deir al-Sharqi in the southern Idlib countryside after the terrorists had suffered losses of personnel and equipment.
