Terrorist groups lunch rockets on safe villages and towns in the northern Hama countryside and the city of Khan Sheikhoun

 An officer was martyred, and a number of soldiers were wounded, in addition to material losses that occurred as a result of terrorist groups’ rocket-propelled grenade attacks on safe villages and towns in the northern Hama countryside and the city of Khan Sheikhoun and its surrounding in Idlib countryside.

On December 31, a Syrian military source said: “ terrorist organizations stationed in Medan Ghazal Square and Maar Hattat fired several rockets at villages and safe towns in the northern countryside of Hama and areas liberated from terrorism in the Al-Ghab Plain and Khan Sheikhoun and its surroundings.”

The military source said that the bombing caused the death of an officer and the injury of a number of soldiers, in addition to property losses in the towns of Goren, Ain Slimo, Asilah, and Al-Mahrousa.

The military source said : “ Immediately, units of our armed forces operating in the area responded to the sources of fire, targeting the headquarters of the terrorist groups, and killed a large number of them. They destroyed three missile launchers and incurred heavy losses in equipment.”
