Murad: Coordination with Syria is a Lebanese interest

Beirut, (ST) – The Lebanese Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs in the caretaker government, Hassan Mourad, renewed the call for coordination with Syria, stressing that this is in the interest of Lebanon.

In a statement today, Murad stressed the importance of communication and coordination with Syria to “facilitate the transit of Lebanese national products to the Arab countries”, which contributes to improving the conditions of the Lebanese economy, in addition to facilitating the return of Syrian refugees from Lebanon to their areas.

On the other hand, the assembly of scholars on Mount Amel in Lebanon confirmed that the chaos that the American Zionist plan is trying to spread in the region meets with the normalization conferences that are held under deceptive titles whose first and last aim is to serve the Israeli enemy.

In a statement today, the assembly expressed its condemnation of the American interventions in Lebanon, calling for rejecting the American policy aimed at serving the enemy at the expense of the rights of the Palestinian people.
