The Republican People’s Party: Erdogan’s corruption cases are the cause of crises in the country

Ankara-(ST)The head of the Turkish Republican People’s Party, Kemal Kılıçdaro Oglu, has affirmed that the major corruption cases involving Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are the cause of most of the financial and economic crises that Turkey suffers from now.

Speaking to reporters today, Kılıçdaro Oglu expressed his support for the proposal of former Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu regarding the formation of a parliamentary committee to investigate the personal wealth of Erdogan and his family members along with the rest of the current and former political party leaders and said, “We are ready to support any project in this direction for a trusted state.

After dozens of stories that talk about the involvement of Erdogan and his family members in very serious corruption cases, both internally and externally.

Kılıçdaro Oglu pointed out that media talk about bargains between US President Donald Trump and Erdogan over the latter’s wealth issue constitutes a direct insult to the dignity of the state and the Turkish nation, noting that corruption, with its very large size in which Erdogan, his family members and ministers have been involved, is the cause of most of the country’s financial and economic crises right now.

Yesterday, the Turkish city of Istanbul witnessed a major demonstration against Erdogan’s internal and external policies and the tyranny his government is taking against the Turkish people.
