Zarif: Continuity of aggression on Yemen is of no use

Iranian foreign minister Mohammed Jawad Zarif affirmed that his country  did not see any benefit out of the continuity of the aggression and siege imposed on Yemen.

The Iranian News Agency quoted Zarif as saying in a tweet that Iran doesn’t see any advantage for the continuity of  aggression and blockade being imposed on Yemen.

He added that Iran welcomes peaceful solutions and encourages all parties concerned to press ahead in this track.

The alliance, led by the Saudi regime, has been waging a brutal aggression against Yemen since March 2015 leaving behind thousands of civilian victims and the devastation of the infrastructure apart from the blockade and famine which constitute a human catastrophe.
