The General Cinema Organization presented a special showing of the feature film “While you were absent” at the Cinema City in Damascus.
Directed by Seif Eddin al-Sbei’ and written by scenarist Samer Ismael, the film casts light on the suffering of the Syrian people from the adverse consequences of the terrorist war launched against their country.
The film tries to convey a message that all components of the Syrian society are united to overcome the repercussions of the war.
Starring in the film are Yazan Shahin, the Lebanese Ruba Za’rour, Jalal Shammout and many others.
