Former Egyptian MP condemns international and Arab silence over Turkish Regimes’ Crimes in Syria

CAIRO, (ST)- Muhsen Attiyya , a former Egyptian Parliament Member and member of the Political Bureau of the Nasserite Party, has condemned the continuous crimes being committed by the Turkish regime’s forces in the Syrian territories amid international and Arab silence.

In a statement to SANA correspondent in Cairo, Attiyya stressed that “silence over the war crimes being perpetrated by Erdogan’s forces in Syria is similar to participating in these crimes.” He pointed out that “freedom-loving peoples have been waiting an effective international action not silence that was preceded by shy condemnations.”

  Thanks to the Syrian Arab army, Syria will be able to achieve victory over aggression forces as it has triumphed over the terrorist organizations, the Egyptian former MP said, affirming that Syria’s sacrifices in confrontation of terrorism, aggression and colonialism will be kept in the memory of its enemies as a deterrent factor.

Attiyya hailed the Syrians’ cohesion that has foiled sedition attempts and protected Syria’s unity.
