The mini-committee to discuss the constitution continues its meetings for the fourth day at the UN headquarters in Geneva with the participation of the delegation supported by the Syrian government and other delegations.

SANA’s delegate to Geneva pointed out that the committee will hold two morning and evening working sessions with a break, noting that the committee’s sessions are closed to the media.

The committee held several working sessions over the past few days according to the agenda adopted and proposed by the delegation supported by the Syrian government, according to sources close to the United Nations.

It is noteworthy that the mini-committee consists of 45 members, 15 members of the delegation supported by the Syrian government, 15 members of the delegation of other parties and 15 members of the delegation of civil society.

The expanded committee of the constitutional debate committee agreed last Friday on the members of the mini-committee and approved the code of conduct paper and the procedures governing the work of the expanded and mini-bodies.
