Israeli and US mines uncovered in the south of Syria

QUNEITRA, (ST)_Special authorities have uncovered a big quantity of Israeli and US made anti-tank mines left behind by ISIS terrorists in the southern countryside of Quneitra.

According to a source in the Special authorities, the mines were under the ground near the barbed wire in the southern countryside of Quneitra.

The special authorities found the mines depot in cooperation with the Syrian army units during a combing operation in the liberated areas.

The Israeli made weapons being uncovered in the southern side of Syria prove the strong connection between the terrorist organizations and the Zionist entity [Israel], which could not continue to protect and support the terrorists because of the Syrian army’s advance in the region.

On September 21, a big quantity of weapons and ammunitions, some of them made in Israel, was found in Briqa town in the same province [Quneitra].
